All modern electronic controlled diesels can benefit with a performance upgrade from a Steinbauer module. Made in Austria these modules are a stand-alone ECU which works in addition to the vehicles original ECU, not replacing it. There are units avilable for nearly every diesel passenger car, 4 wheel drive, earthmoving, tractor and truck from all countries of origin. Steinbauer even have one for a Tesla.

Steinbauer modules are designed with extensive R&D for each and every individual application and dont require any additional tuning. Typical improvements are around 20% in power and torque.

Steinbauer acheives their power gains without raising the fuel pressures set by the manufacturers, but instead by adding additional opening duration to the injectors.
